Carse Th 0 V Uphall 4Uphall reached the East of Scotland semi- final with a fine 4 v 0 win over Carse Thistle. Rab McGregor opened the scoring from the penalty spot after Brian McPhillie was tripped as he rounded the home goalkeeper. The keeper was lucky to only be cautioned for the foul. Uphall dominated and Lee Cruickshanks and Paul McHugh both missed good chances to add to their advantage. The sconed goal came just before half time when Chriss Norris blasted home. The second half continued in the same way as the first with Derrick Drummond and Lee Manderson both missing decent changes. However, some slack defending from Carse allowed Chriss Norris to poke home his second and Stations 3rd. Substiute Bamba Jobarteh then rounded of the scoring when he burst clear and slotted home.
